Job Description

  • Provide guidance and training to enhance and increase the productivity of the department
  • Handle daily challenges and adjust resources to meet needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to help facilitate a positive atmosphere and keep CS team members engaged
  • Evaluate, adjust and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistent service and satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot and resolve non-routine internal or external issues while working with other departments to ensure resolution
  • Customer development and follow-up for top accounts
  • Use NetSuite ERP software to support two separate company divisions

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years customer service and order processing experience preferred, ideally for an e-Commerce distribution company
  • The ability to multi-task, adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact with both internal and external customers with a professional and assertive approach
  • Maintains a positive can-do attitude while handling stressful situations
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in process flow and organizational improvement is a plus
